For salons and spas

Your hands are in foil. The phone keeps ringing.

An AI receptionist answers your booking line in a natural voice, holds a real conversation, books the caller in, and texts your desk what they wanted - while you finish the client in your chair. It costs $99 a month plus call minutes, and you can hear it answer before a client ever does.

That number is our own line, answered by the same AI receptionist we sell. Ask it anything.

The three calls every salon loses

Nobody misses calls out of carelessness. They get missed because everyone who could answer is standing over a client.

The mid-color call

A balayage does not pause for the phone. Whoever is calling books with whoever answers - and it was not you. The receptionist picks up on the first ring, every time, in the same voice at 2pm and at 10pm.

The after-close call

Clients plan their week in the evening, after the chairs are empty. The receptionist takes the 9pm booking, and your desk reads the summary over morning coffee.

The empty slot

A cancellation only costs money if the slot stays empty. When a caller wants in this week, the receptionist takes the details and texts your desk while the caller is still on the line.

What it does with a client call

It is not a phone tree. Callers do not press 1 for anything - they talk, and it keeps up.

Answers in a natural voice, first ring

Day and night, the same voice. You choose the voice, and the exact per-minute rate is shown next to each one before you pick.

Has the conversation

Answers questions about hours and services, takes the booking, and asks for the details your team needs to call back with a real answer.

Writes everything down

Name, callback number, what the caller wanted - captured as structured details with a full transcript, not a garbled voicemail.

Hands off when a person is needed

It texts your front desk the caller's details while the caller is still on the line. Your team decides what happens next.

Hear it answer before a client does.

Seven days and 30 minutes of talk time, free, no card. Point a number at it, call it yourself between clients, and listen. If you do nothing at the end of the trial it simply stops, and your setup is kept.

Fair questions from behind the chair

Will clients know it is not a person?

It speaks in a natural voice and holds a real conversation, and it never pretends to be someone it is not. Call the number above and judge with your own ears - that is the honest test, and it is free.

Is my front desk being replaced?

No. It takes the calls nobody was free to answer - mid-color, evenings, Sundays - and hands your team the ones that need a person, with the details already written down. Your desk reads summaries instead of chasing voicemail.

How is call data handled?

Calls are encrypted in transit, data is held in the US, and you get the full transcript of every call. For compliance questions specific to your salon, write to care@worldvc.business and a person will answer directly.

What does it really cost per month?

$99 per month plus call minutes, billed as used. The per-minute rate is shown next to each voice before you choose it, and usage accrues visibly in your console - the bill is never the first place you learn what a busy month cost. The full price list is at /pricing.

Am I locked in?

No. There is no commitment period and no onboarding fee. Subscriptions renew each billing period and you can stop whenever you choose; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Can it book into my schedule?

It takes bookings in conversation and your desk confirms them from the summary. Leads and bookings can flow into the CRM app automatically if you add it - that is a $59/mo add-on, not a requirement.
