For law firms

You are in a deposition. A new client is calling.

An AI receptionist answers your office line in a natural voice, holds a real conversation, takes intake details, and texts your staff what the caller needs - while you stay in the room that bills. It is set up for intake, not legal advice: it gathers the facts so a person calls back prepared. $99 a month plus call minutes.

That number is our own line, answered by the same AI receptionist we sell. Ask it anything.

The three calls every firm loses

Nobody misses calls out of carelessness. They get missed because the people who could answer are in court, in conference, or on the other line.

The in-hearing call

A potential client calls while you are in a hearing, and potential clients rarely leave voicemail - they call the next firm on the list. The receptionist answers on the first ring, every time.

The intake that half-arrives

A voicemail gives you a name and a mumbled number. The receptionist captures the caller's name, callback number, and what the matter is about - as structured details with a full transcript.

The after-hours call

Legal trouble keeps bad hours. When a night caller needs a person, the receptionist texts the details to whoever is on call while the caller is still on the line.

What it does with a client call

It is not a phone tree. Callers do not press 1 for anything - they talk, and it keeps up.

Answers in a natural voice, first ring

Day and night, the same voice. You choose the voice, and the exact per-minute rate is shown next to each one before you pick.

Has the conversation

Answers practical questions - hours, location, how consultations work - and takes the intake details your staff needs to call back prepared.

Writes everything down

Name, callback number, what the caller wanted - captured as structured details with a full transcript, not a garbled voicemail.

Hands off when a person is needed

It texts your staff the caller's details while the caller is still on the line. Your staff decides what happens next.

Hear it answer before a client does.

Seven days and 30 minutes of talk time, free, no card. Point a number at it, call it yourself between hearings, and listen. If you do nothing at the end of the trial it simply stops, and your setup is kept.

Fair questions from the front office

Will callers know it is not a person?

It speaks in a natural voice and holds a real conversation, and it never pretends to be someone it is not. Call the number above and judge with your own ears - that is the honest test, and it is free.

Is my receptionist being replaced?

No. It takes the calls nobody was free to answer - court days, conferences, evenings - and hands your staff the ones that need a person, with the intake already written down.

Does it give legal advice?

No. It is set up for intake: practical questions get practical answers, and anything that needs legal judgment is written down for your staff to handle. You can read the full transcript of every call it takes.

How is call data handled?

Calls are encrypted in transit, data is held in the US, and you get the full transcript of every call. For confidentiality questions specific to your firm, write to care@worldvc.business and a person will answer directly.

What does it really cost per month?

$99 per month plus call minutes, billed as used. The per-minute rate is shown next to each voice before you choose it, and usage accrues visibly in your console - the bill is never the first place you learn what a busy month cost. The full price list is at /pricing.

Am I locked in?

No. There is no commitment period and no onboarding fee. Subscriptions renew each billing period and you can stop whenever you choose; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Can it book consultations?

It takes the booking in conversation and your staff confirms it from the summary. Intake and leads can flow into the CRM app automatically if you add it - that is a $59/mo add-on, not a requirement.
