For accounting and tax firms

It is March. Every client is calling at once.

An AI receptionist answers your office line in a natural voice, holds a real conversation, takes the caller's details, and texts your team what they need - while you stay in the return you are finishing. It costs $99 a month plus call minutes, and it does not burn out in April.

That number is our own line, answered by the same AI receptionist we sell. Ask it anything.

The three calls every firm loses in season

Nobody misses calls out of carelessness. They get missed because from February to April, everyone who could answer is buried.

The deadline-week call

The week before a filing deadline, the phone does not stop and nobody can afford to stop for it. The receptionist picks up on the first ring, every time, in the same voice on April 14th as in July.

The quick question

A client calls with a one-minute question that eats twenty. The receptionist writes the question down with the callback number, and your team answers in one batch instead of twelve interruptions.

The referral you never heard

New clients arrive by referral, and referrals call in season - exactly when you cannot take the call. The receptionist captures the name, the need, and the number, so the lead survives until you surface.

What it does with a client call

It is not a phone tree. Callers do not press 1 for anything - they talk, and it keeps up.

Answers in a natural voice, first ring

Day and night, the same voice. You choose the voice, and the exact per-minute rate is shown next to each one before you pick.

Has the conversation

Answers practical questions - hours, what documents to bring, how to send files - and takes the details your team needs to call back with a real answer.

Writes everything down

Name, callback number, what the caller wanted - captured as structured details with a full transcript, not a garbled voicemail.

Hands off when a person is needed

It texts your team the caller's details while the caller is still on the line. Your team decides what happens next.

Hear it answer before a client does.

Seven days and 30 minutes of talk time, free, no card. Point a number at it, call it yourself between returns, and listen. If you do nothing at the end of the trial it simply stops, and your setup is kept.

Fair questions from the front office

Will clients know it is not a person?

It speaks in a natural voice and holds a real conversation, and it never pretends to be someone it is not. Call the number above and judge with your own ears - that is the honest test, and it is free.

Is my front office being replaced?

No. It takes the calls nobody was free to answer - deadline weeks, lunch, evenings - and hands your team the ones that need a person, with the details already written down.

Does it give tax advice?

No. It is set up for reception: practical questions get practical answers, and anything that needs professional judgment is written down for your team to handle. You can read the full transcript of every call it takes.

How is call data handled?

Calls are encrypted in transit, data is held in the US, and you get the full transcript of every call. For compliance questions specific to your firm, write to care@worldvc.business and a person will answer directly.

What does it really cost per month?

$99 per month plus call minutes, billed as used. The per-minute rate is shown next to each voice before you choose it, and usage accrues visibly in your console - the bill is never the first place you learn what a busy month cost. The full price list is at /pricing.

Am I locked in?

No. There is no commitment period and no onboarding fee. Subscriptions renew each billing period and you can stop whenever you choose; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Can it book appointments?

It takes the booking in conversation and your team confirms it from the summary. Leads and appointments can flow into the CRM app automatically if you add it - that is a $59/mo add-on, not a requirement.
